Today, we released version 14.1 of the KACE Systems Management Appliance. This release introduces the long-awaited Remote Desktop feature, seamlessly integrated with Splashtop RMM.

SMA 14.1 also adds support for using Office365 as outbound email provider for service desk.

KACE has partnered with Splashtop to integrate a high quality, secure, and easy-to-use Remote Access solution into KACE Cloud. This new feature, available today, allows administrators to remotely control Windows, macOS, and Android devices; and remotely view iOS devices.
