KACE Cloud product updates were recently deployed to address issues with LDAP Sync and MDM enrolled Windows devices.

The following issues were addressed with this product update:

• 11344 - LDAP Sync User Import failing to import users with email addresses containing trailing spaces
• 11355 - MDM enrolled Windows devices intermittently failing to receive commands
