KACE Cloud product updates were recently deployed to address issues with incorrect device history records and LDAP Sync Service.

The following issues were addressed with this product update:

• 12631 - Enhanced HTML Encoding logic in LDAP Sync Service when importing users with international characters in the display name
• 12650 - Improved performance with LDAP Sync Service when importing a large number of users
• 12670 - Incorrect device history record created when command sent to multiple Apple devices fails on one device
