Version 2.0.37 is available now in the Google Play Store.

Please note that Android devices may occasionally stop background processes, including location tracking to help conserve battery life. To ensure the KACE Cloud Connect app runs uninterrupted in the background on your Android device:

1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Select the KACE Connect app.
3. Locate Battery usage, and then choose the Unrestricted option.

Some Android device manufacturers enforce stricter background activity restrictions. Even with the Unrestricted option enabled in the Settings, the system may still terminate the app in certain cases.
