KACE Cloud was updated to support Splashtop Streamer version 3.8.0.4 for macOS and Windows.

The following issues were addressed with this product update:

• 13663 - Update Splashtop Streamer apps in the App Library for macOS and Windows to 3.8.0.4
• 13695 - Device history error installing Splashtop Streamer 3.7.x on macOS 26

To update the Splashtop Streamer apps in the App Library:

1. Log into Admin Portal and navigate to Settings > Remote Access > Agents
2. Locate the macOS Splashtop Streamer Status or Windows Splashtop Streamer Status section
3. Click Update app

Note: Splashtop Streamers already deployed to devices should automatically update themselves to version 3.8.0.4.
